We have an experienced estimating team dedicated to completing quotes within 24 hours or sooner. If there is something urgent, they will accommodate!
Classic rock operates on a 5 business day turnaround time between template and installation. We use an industry leading manufacturing process called Synchronous Flow that allows us to operate with precision and robust additional production capacities, offer quick turn times, and provide accurately scheduled dates. We guarantee we will be there when we say we will!
Classic Rock has many processes in place to make sure you always know when to expect us. We will send you a 5 Day Reminder the week prior to your template date to make sure your job is still on schedule. We provide a 4 hour arrival time window two days prior to your scheduled template and installation dates as well. On the day of your template or install, our crews will call 1 hour prior to their arrival so you know exactly when to expect them.
Absolutely! Classic Rock does not use any subcontractors to guarantee the highest level of quality and safety. Every person that will arrive at your homeowner’s house is an employee of Classic Rock and has passed an extensive background check. They will respect your homeowners and their homes like their own.
Yes, we encourage your homeowner to schedule an appointment at our showroom to hand select their material. Our knowledgeable and skilled design teams will help guide them in finding their dream countertop. We also have large, half slab Quartz samples on display to help homeowners choose their perfect quartz material. Our showroom hours even include some evening and Saturday appointment time slots to accommodate homeowners who work during the day. We also have a live online inventory that has high resolution images of every piece of material in stock that the homeowner can make their selections from.
You will have a Project Manager dedicated just to you! Your PM will serve as your main point of contact for any questions, orders or scheduling requests and will make sure that all of your projects are completed as requested. You will forge a personal relationship with your PM that will learn how best to work with you and your team that will last for years to come.
Classic Rock is strictly business to business and we do not want to interfere with the relationship you have with your homeowner. Pricing is never discussed with the homeowners and all information is relayed through you. We will only contact your homeowners if you request it of us.
Yes, our online inventory is live and in real time. The minute something is consumed for a job, the material is instantly removed from our online inventory. Our live inventory includes high resolution images of both full slabs and remnants and include the measurements to make sure it will work for you project.
Classic Rock offers a Slabsmith Layout Appointment option where they will work directly with our team members to layout their dream space with the material they selected. This allows them to control how they want their countertop design to look prior to fabrication. The homeowner can schedule their appointment at our showroom or join the appointment remotely if they have access to a computer with internet capabilities. Your homeowner will know exactly how their countertops will look before we install!
